Occupational Health and Safety Act: Regulations: Regulations for Hazardous Chemical Substances, 1995, published as Government Notice No. R. 1179 of 25 August 1995, were repealed and replaced with the Regulations for Hazardous Chemical Agents, 2020. |

Replaced the Hazardous Chemical Substances Audit Assistant Manual & Report with a new Hazardous Chemical Agent Manual & Report. The HCA questions in the Generic Audit Manual & Generic Audit Report have also been aligned accordingly. New appointment forms have also been included. |
